The Planning Phase involves a detailed discussion to identify your goals, and includes a site suitability assessment discussion (Video Call). During the Planning Phase you will be interviewed through a set of guided discussions. We work to completely understand your goals and identify all your custom requirements. 

The Planning Phase is a highly personalized one on one process and can be very time intensive.

At the end of the Planning Phase, you will be provided

• A detailed cost estimate to begin the PPCID Phase.
• Summary of site suitability plus a list of recommended infrastructure upgrades
• Detailed parts list broken down by company/type
• Detailed summary of any required custom fabricated part(s)

Planning offers a great clean break if you need to scale back, scale up, or have changed your mind.

Production, Procurement, Contracting, Importing and Delivery

The PPCID Phase sets purchase and custom work in motion. This includes any additional conversations, and services required before the On-Site Installation Phase. The cost will scale from zero for simple orders and will grow with the complexity of the request. The fee will be fair and part of the invoice. PPCID will need to be agreed to and approved by the customer. Once approved, the PPCID invoice is paid, and procurement begins. 

During the PPCID Phase, all aspects of delivery and preparation are addressed. The PPCID Phase can include an in-person site survey at your request in lieu of video calls. We then operate to consolidate every component on site. We can also conduct remote video calls with your local contractors if needed to help you prepare the site during the PPCID Phase. 

By the end of the PPCID Phase, you will have received:

• Work with contractors to ensure infrastructure work had been completed;
• You will be ready to perform your own setup, or continue to On-Site Installation Phase;
• Customer receives timely relevant updates throughout PPCID;
• Customer receives a 24 hour warning prior to shipments arriving;
• We will maintain a detailed live ledger of all parts and their delivery status;
• Finally, a detailed video call to confirm inventory. (validating that all parts have arrived)

During phase three, the install team will arrive the day before, secure lodging, transportation and contact you to let you know that we will be ready to begin the next day. It involves my team of two or more, on site and remaining for two or more days as required to complete the build.  The cost estimate for on site install will be provided, and is based on what is identified and agreed to in the Planning Phase and the PPCID Phase. 

At the end of the On-Site Installation Phase, the following work and checks will be done. 

• Setup of imaging systems (Screens mounting solutions and/or VR)
• Setup of UPS with cable management.  
• Setup of audio systems (Headsets and/or custom speaker array)
• Setup of computer systems (Suggest Maingear or Origin Systems)
• Verification of screen array, VR operation
• Assembly, calibration and testing of motion systems
• Installation and setup of controller
• Check and Tuning
• Full cleanup, cable management, software install, garbage run
• When complete, familiarisation time with customer
• Walkthrough of cloud based manual with basic operation
• Walkthrough of cloud based problem solving guide such as updates and configuration
• Verification of Checklist and signing off of completed statement of work. 
• A future wellness Check  (2 Hour final video call within 2 weeks of verification)
• Ongoing support (Future on-site visits may be made available, new SOW and quote)

Any and all unforeseen items can be negotiated as a final invoice.  Examples of unforeseen items include, but are not limited to, last minute upgrades, custom work, and additional hardware not negotiated during the Planning Phase or the PPCID Phase.
